Recuperative Care

Our Sacramento Campus is home to 80 Recuperative Care beds, providing short-term residential support for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness who no longer require hospitalization but still need time to heal from an illness or injury.

This vital bridge offers a safe place to recover, nutritious meals, and access to ongoing monitoring, primary care, and social services. Additional wraparound services include medication management, therapy, life skills, enrichment activities, and more.

Housing Supports

We assist individuals or families with locating and securing housing, covering housing deposits and providing support to ensure that housing is retained.
